2003 年發行的《Stop At Nothing》，絕對是 Dying Fetus 樂團生涯中最關鍵、也最硬核的轉折之作！發行這張專輯前，樂團經歷了嚴重的人員變動，幾乎只剩下靈魂人物 John Gallagher 一人，但他找來新血直接淬鍊出更兇狠、更現代的聲音。《Stop At Nothing》就是一場毫無章法的街頭暴動。這張作品減少了一些早期繁複的傳統死金編排，加入了大量極度重擊的 Hardcore 節奏與 Slam 橋段，那種沉重、緩慢卻力道萬鈞的Groove (律動)，會讓人忍不住想在現場瘋狂揮拳。其中同名歌曲 〈Stop At Nothing〉 和開場曲 〈One Shot, One Kill〉 至今仍是他們現場表演的必殺曲目。這張專輯正如其名永不停止，證明了無論經歷什麼困境，Dying Fetus 的殘暴引擎永遠不會熄火。
